Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Complete the form below or send us a written notice to the email address info@moltitudo.com, stating:

  • Your first and last name
  • The order number
  • The products for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
  • The order date and the date of receipt

You will receive confirmation within 2 business days, along with instructions for returning the product.

Conditions for Withdrawal

  • The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and unused
  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59, letter e) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or for reasons related to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery. Therefore, for food supplements and cosmetics with a safety seal, the right of withdrawal expires once the packaging is opened.
